About Me

About Me

Hello darlings,

I’m Harriet Daisy Trower...
aka 'Glorious'

Regenerative guide, barefoot educator,
storyteller, facilitator
and visionary artist
working with the living world.

Welcome to Glorious Regeneration -
a little corner of our shared home,
dedicated to remembering
who we truly are.

The living threads that weave throughout the web of life; sacred, wild and wise.

I walk this path because I believe in compassion, kindness,
and abundance for all living beings.

When we slow down
to tend to our inner landscape,
we can cultivate stronger communities.

When we rejuvenate and restore the land,
we can regenerate our shared future.

When we reconnect with ourselves, with each other, and with nature…

we remember that we belong.

All of us are part of this planet;
this interconnected tapestry of life.

Walking the garden path here...

My earliest memories are in the garden. A little one, barefoot and full of joy, harvesting herbs that my mum would use to make the most wonderful homemade meals. I grew up with soil under my fingernails and wonder in my heart, and a deep curiosity about things that wriggled, fluttered and bloomed.

My favourite past time was making daisy chains, after all Daisy is my middle name ;)  and I was passed down a green thumb from my grandfather, who still gardens daily at a ripe age of 93 years!

Years later, I followed that thread of awe and curiosity into academia, studying Human Geography BA Hons at the University of Leeds. It was there that I truly began to see the complex, beautiful web between people, place, and planet. I remember taking a module called 'Sustainable Societies' and feeling so inspired and motivated. I later completed a Master’s in Environmental Management at the University of Keele, deepening my understanding of ecosystems and whole systems thinking.

At 22, I left Europe and began a journey of three years across South America and Australia. I stayed on regenerative farms, learned Spanish, and sat with indigenous elders who generously shared their wisdom. It was these years that really began to shape me. They taught me how to listen, how to live close to the land, and how to be in right relationship with the Earth. The generosity of complete strangers will stay in my heart forever, and has directly influenced how I interact with all human beings.

In 2016, I studied Permaculture Design with Ras John in the South of Spain. This was monumental for me as I shifted my energy from a burnt-out activist to an inspired educator living the solution.

Since then, I’ve taught thousands of students in environmental education, outdoor learning, compassionate communication and conflict resolution. I’ve led nature-based programs for schools, created educational gardens and productive food forests, designed regenerative farms, facilitated hundreds of workshops and retreats, and worked with communities across the UK, Spain, Colombia and the Dominican Republic to grow food, soil health and community resilience.

In 2020, I was the lead garden designer and farm manager for a grassroots project called Cabarete Sostenible, who created food security and sovereignty project during a moment of world crisis. My work has supported individuals, families, and organisations to cultivate regenerative systems and restore a sense of belonging to themselves and the land in which they stand on.

Most recently, I have given a TEDx talk! The link for “How to Embody Fungi’s Wisdom” will be available soon, in which I share my heart and vision for a regenerative future, rooted in the wisdom of fungi.

Why Learn with Glorious Regeneration?

I believe that we can remember the ancient wisdom which lives in our bones.

I believe that we can reimagine our relationships to create harmony.

Our healing grows outwards from the nurturing soil of our inner world, and ripples through the glorious tapestry of life we share together.

Glorious Regeneration is the place where everything I’ve lived and learned gathers together in service to something larger than ourselves.

A future where people and planet thrive together in sacred reciprocity and in reverence of all living beings.

A future that begins with grounded presence, conscious breath, and slowing down in a way that lets us hear what our bodies’ tell us.

And just like planting a seed, those actions can ripple to create safety, food and beauty for generations to come.

Let’s walk together

If you’re here to reconnect, to root
more deeply into who you are
& how you live,
then welcome!

I offer opportunities for unlearning,
redesigning, & becoming
your authentic self.

Together, we’ll find the way forward
to create a regenerative future.
